The Duck has been under the same family ownership since it was purchased in the mid 1970's. Like the Inn itself, that original family has changed and grown over the years and now encompasses three generations, two of which work in the business. The Duck is famous for its food and beer and also the relaxed and informal atmosphere. The emphasis here is very much on excellent quality food and unobtrusive but attentive service.
